Being a typical Malaysian, we are usually very tight on the purse and every month we would have just enough money to last through the final minutes of the final day of the month after paying all the rents, mobile phone bills, insurance, etc, etc...
So everyone asks each other, is there any way we can make really good money? Is it that difficul to make a decent living around here?
Well, you'll surprise how easy it is. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Make sure you know the right people in the Malaysian ruling government. So far, the easiest target seems to the Road and Transport Minister.
2. Sell to him that there is a need for a service to screen everyone that drives on the road for safety reason. Doesn't matter if the public hospital are already doing it for free, its SAFETY! You can always do it again!
3. Charge RM80 per health screen. Doesn't matter if the public hospital charges you close to nothing, its only RM80. Malaysia economy is good! Everyone can afford it! Don't worry, the Road and Transport Minister don't have details to anything...
4. Just make up some numbers so the RM80 makes sense. Like erm... Pos Malaysia RM2, RM10 is for operating costs, RM35 go to the doctors and RM25 to laboratories and erm.. Oh, the company needs to make money ma, so the company gets RM8. But Koperasi Doktor Malaysia Bhd chairman, Dr. J. S. Deo says health screen is RM5.90 only for a minimum of 1000test. Never mind, the minister won't have that details. So what if the public knows, they sign the agreement or the minister sign the agreement? Don't worry, the public cannot do anything.
5. Assuming that your company pays the lab RM10 and doctors RM40 you would still get an estimated RM30 per health screen. Assuming there are about 1 million commercial vehicles drivers out there, you'll get an estimated RM30 million per year! And all you do is, well, nothing really. Because at the end, only the Road and Transport minister and Police are allowed to conduct checks.
Since they don't have any information systems, so you don't need also. You use the doctors who already owns a clinic or go to the hospital. All you need is some people to scrible something on some form you pre-print for a million copies and give some fake report to the ministry that you are doing a great job.
Q: The government could do it themselves, why you need to set up a company to do it for the government?
A: Ahhhh... that's why you see, its good to live in this country. You do a profit-sharing deal with the correct people then you get the deal la! You so stupid, the country is peaceful and prosperous and you don't know to make use of it.
Q: What if the public finds out? We'll be crusified!
